Having recently purchased a refurbished Dell Laptop from Mark of Bridge Computers I became aware of a slight problem with the "Sleep" setting. Having contacted Mark he speedily arranged to take over my laptop remotely and, far to fast for my eyes to follow the moves of his mouse, soon resolved the problem. Once again, in my view Mark is the man to go to for computer services.

My 10 year old PC was doing remarkably well for its age but with the end of support for Windows 10 looming, and it supposedly not meeting the minimum spec for Windows 11, I was unsure of the best way to future-proof my set-up. I shared the details with Mark Jordan at Bridge Computers and he advised me that he would be able to upgrade it to Windows 11 if that's what I wanted. I pontificated my options for a couple of months, blowing hot and cold on the best way forward, and eventually came back to Mark to discuss migrating to a newer PC. After reviewing my aspirations Mark gave me an option for him to source a higher spec refurbished PC and to clone my existing set-up, migrate my data and upgrade to Windows 11 Pro for a great price. I decided to go ahead, nervously imagining all sorts of potential problems, but it was pretty much a seamless transition over 24 hours. Basically I've got my old PC back exactly as it was but on steroids, as it's so much faster than it was before! If you've got the same dilemma of how to deal with an older Windows 10 PC that you can't upgrade yourself, I strongly recommend speaking to Mark at Bridge Computers - you'll be in safe hands.
